Privacy policy

The short version

tatts.ai has no user accounts. Your try-on photos are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. The prompts you submit to the generator are sent to our own generation service to produce images. The site shows ads and may use analytics, both disclosed below.

What we process

  • Generator prompts. The text you type into the generator (and the style you pick) is sent to our generation servers to create your images. Prompts may be retained in technical logs for abuse prevention and service quality.
  • Try-on photos. Never transmitted. The photo you upload for the skin preview is read directly by your browser into a local canvas. It does not leave your device, and closing the tab discards it.
  • Saved designs. The “My designs” strip is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. We cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record standard request data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations, retained for a limited period.

Advertising

tatts.ai is ad-supported. We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where required by law, you will be shown a consent prompt before personalized ads are served.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand aggregate usage (which pages are popular, where visitors come from). This data is not used to identify you, and we do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Because we operate without accounts, the data we could hold about you is minimal — but for any request, contact hello@tatts.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

tatts.ai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Tattoos are an adult decision anyway — bring your parents into it.
