Terms of service

1. The service

tatts.ai (the “Service”) is a free, ad-supported platform operated by Artificial Heights LLC that generates tattoo design images from text prompts, hosts galleries of design ideas, provides an in-browser try-on preview, and produces printable design sheets. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Your designs

You own the designs you generate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Heights LLC assigns to you all right, title, and interest it may hold in images generated from your prompts. You may use them commercially or personally, with or without attribution. Note that the copyright status of AI-generated images varies by jurisdiction, and similar prompts can produce similar designs for other users — we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexualizes minors, or that infringes someone else's trademarks or copyrighted characters;
• scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically hammer the generator or galleries;
• misrepresent the Service as your own product or resell access to it.

We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to keep the Service free and fast for everyone.

4. Not medical or professional advice

Content on tatts.ai — including notes about placement pain, skin aging, and aftercare — is general information, not medical advice. A tattoo is a permanent medical-adjacent procedure: consult a licensed professional tattoo artist, and a physician where relevant (allergies, skin conditions, keloids), before getting inked.

5. The Service is provided as-is

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Generation may be temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Heights LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars — a deliberately small number for a deliberately free product.

6. Changes
